Terms of Service

Moluri (“Moluri”, “we”, “us”) provides an online studio for generating images and videos with artificial intelligence at moluri.com (the “Service”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and us. If you do not agree to them, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You sign in with your email address or a supported third-party account. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. Tell us promptly at support@moluri.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

• Generations are paid for with credits. The credit cost of each generation is shown before you submit it.
• Video generations reserve an estimated number of credits when submitted. When the video finishes, we charge the actual amount based on the compute used and return any difference to your balance.
• If a generation fails or is rejected, the credits are returned to your balance automatically.
• Paid plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled. Each billing cycle adds the plan's credits to your account.
• Subscription credits expire at the end of the billing cycle in which they were issued. Unused credits do not roll over.
• Free or promotional credits may expire, have no cash value and cannot be refunded.
• Credits are personal to your account. They cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money.

Our order process is handled by our online reseller, Waffo, which is the merchant of record for all orders. Waffo processes your payment, handles sales tax and VAT, and provides customer service for billing questions. Prices are shown in US dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes at checkout. We may change plan prices for future billing cycles with reasonable advance notice.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep your remaining credits until then. Refunds are available only as described in our Refund Policy.

You agree not to use the Service to create, upload or share content that:

• sexualizes minors in any way, or depicts child sexual abuse;
• is sexually explicit content depicting a real, identifiable person, or any intimate imagery made without the person's consent;
• impersonates a real person, or creates deepfakes intended to deceive, defraud or harass;
• promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, or hatred against people based on protected characteristics;
• infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
• is used for fraud, scams, election manipulation or other illegal activity.

You also agree not to probe, scrape or overload the Service, bypass its limits or security, resell access to it, or use it to build a competing product. Prompts and outputs may be checked by automated safety systems run by us or our model providers.

You keep ownership of the prompts and images you upload (“Inputs”). You give us a limited license to store, process and transmit your Inputs and the resulting images and videos (“Outputs”) only as needed to run the Service for you.

As between you and us, you own the Outputs you generate, to the extent the law allows. AI models can produce similar Outputs for different users, and some jurisdictions may not grant copyright protection to AI-generated content, so we cannot guarantee exclusivity or protectability. You are responsible for how you use your Outputs, including complying with the law and with any requirements to disclose that content is AI-generated.

Outputs are produced by machine-learning models and may be inaccurate, unexpected or unsuitable for your purpose. Review Outputs before relying on or publishing them. Outputs do not reflect our views.

The Service relies on third-party providers, including AI models such as Seedance (ByteDance) and Nano Banana (Google) accessed through API providers, as well as hosting, email and payment services. Their availability and behaviour are outside our full control, and we may add, change or remove models at any time.

We work to keep the Service running smoothly but do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. Links to generated files may expire; please download anything you want to keep.

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, put others at risk or expose us to legal liability. If your account is closed for a violation, remaining credits are forfeited and no refund is due.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your Inputs, your use of Outputs, or your breach of these Terms or of anyone else’s rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in the Service before it takes effect. Using the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
