Moluri (“we”, “us”) operates the AI image and video generator at moluri.com. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at support@moluri.com.

• Account information: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and profile picture.
• Your content: the prompts you write, the images you upload as references, and the images and videos generated for you.
• Usage and billing information: your generation history, credit balance and transactions, and subscription status. Payments are processed by Waffo; we never receive or store your full card details.
• Technical information: your IP address, browser type and the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to protect the Service from abuse.

• to create and secure your account and send you sign-in codes;
• to generate images and videos from your prompts and show them in your library;
• to manage credits, subscriptions, refunds and billing questions;
• to prevent fraud, abuse and violations of our Terms of Service;
• to keep the Service working, fix problems and improve it;
• to send important notices about your account or changes to our policies.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your prompts or content for advertising.

We share information only with service providers that help us run Moluri, and only as much as they need:

• AI generation providers (APIMart and the model developers behind it, including ByteDance for Seedance and Google for Nano Banana) receive your prompts and reference images to produce your results.
• Waffo, our reseller and merchant of record, processes payments and handles tax.
• Vercel hosts the website, and Neon hosts our database.
• Resend delivers sign-in emails.
• Google provides sign-in if you choose “Continue with Google”.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and property of our users, the public or Moluri.

We use only essential cookies — mainly to keep you signed in and to protect sign-in from abuse. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy first.

• Account information is kept until you delete your account.
• Generation records stay in your library until you delete them or your account.
• Generated files are hosted by our generation providers, and their links expire — image links after about 24 hours.
• Billing records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email support@moluri.com from the address on your account. We will respond within the time required by law. You can also delete individual creations from your library at any time.

Our providers may process your information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

We protect your information with measures such as encrypted connections, hashed sign-in codes and restricted access to our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you of a breach where the law requires.

Moluri is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will let you know by email or in the Service.
