Acceptable Use Policy

This policy explains what you can't create with Moluri, how we moderate content, and how to report something that breaks these rules.

1. Scope

This policy applies to everything you submit to Moluri — prompts and reference images — and to every image and video generated for you. It is part of our Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited content

You may not use Moluri to create, upload or share content that:

  • sexualizes minors in any way, or depicts child sexual abuse;
  • is pornographic or sexually explicit;
  • depicts a real, identifiable person in intimate or sexual situations, or is intimate imagery made without the person's consent;
  • impersonates a real person, or is a deepfake intended to deceive, defraud or harass;
  • promotes terrorism, violence or self-harm, or shows graphic violence;
  • is defamatory, harassing or threatening, or promotes hatred against people based on protected characteristics;
  • infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
  • is used for fraud, scams, phishing, election manipulation or other illegal activity.

You also may not try to get around our safety systems — for example by rewording blocked prompts — or break any of the other rules in section 10 of our Terms of Service.

3. How we moderate content

Automated review. Every prompt and reference image is checked before generation, and every generated image and video is checked before it is delivered, by the built-in safety systems of our model providers: Google’s safety filters for Nano Banana and ByteDance’s content moderation for Seedance. Requests that are blocked fail without producing content, and their credits are returned.

Human review. Reports are reviewed personally by the operator of Moluri. To investigate a report, we may review the reported content and the related account’s generation history.

Severity levels. We classify each confirmed violation by severity, which sets how quickly we act and what we do:

LevelExamplesAction
L1 — Criticalchild sexual abuse material or sexualization of minors; terrorist contentContent removed, account permanently banned, reported to the authorities
L2 — Highnon-consensual intimate imagery; deceptive deepfakes of real people; fraud or scamsContent removed and account suspended
L3 — Mediumhate or harassment; graphic violence; other sexually explicit contentContent removed and a warning
L4 — Lowcopyright or trademark complaints; minor or borderline violationsWarning and removal or required change

4. Reporting

Please report content or behavior on Moluri that:

  • breaks the rules in section 2;
  • involves the sexual exploitation of children or terrorism;
  • uses AI to impersonate you, or infringes your own rights, such as your likeness or copyright.

We keep the identity of reporters confidential and review every report impartially. Knowingly false or malicious reports are themselves a violation of this policy.

5. How to report

Email support@moluri.com with the subject line “Report”, and include:

  • where you saw the content (a link, or the account email if you know it);
  • which rule you believe it breaks and why;
  • if the content shows you or infringes your rights, a short statement saying so;
  • how we can reach you, if different from the address you write from.

Do not attach or forward images of child sexual abuse. Describe the content and where you found it, and we will take it from there. If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

6. Response times

We respond to and resolve reports within these times. If a case needs longer, we will tell the reporter why before the deadline passes.

LevelFirst responseResolution
L1 — Criticalwithin 24 hourswithin 3 days
L2 — Highwithin 3 business dayswithin 5 business days
L3 — Mediumwithin 3 business dayswithin 7 business days
L4 — Lowwithin 5 business dayswithin 15 business days

Every report goes through the same steps: we confirm receipt, classify its severity, review the content, decide, take action and let the reporter know the outcome.

7. Enforcement

Depending on the severity and history of violations, we may:

  • Warn the account by email — for a first, minor violation;
  • Remove content from the account’s library — for confirmed L3–L4 violations;
  • Remove credits obtained or used in breach of this policy — for repeated minor violations;
  • Suspend the account, blocking sign-in and generation while we review — for L2 or repeated violations;
  • Permanently ban the account and block its email address from signing up again — for L1 or repeated L2 violations;
  • Report to the authorities — we report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by US law, and cooperate with law enforcement investigations.

Credits are forfeited when an account is suspended or banned for a violation, as described in our Terms of Service.

8. Appeals

If you believe we made a mistake, email support@moluri.com with the subject line “Appeal” within 30 days of our decision. We will review the appeal and reply within 7 business days.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the Service and the law change; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions about this policy? Email support@moluri.com — we reply within 3 business days.
