Pricing questions
What is a credit?
Credits are how you pay for generations. Each one shows its price on the Generate button before you start — for example, a 2K image costs 3 credits and a 5-second 720p video about 76.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Your plan's credits are refilled at the start of each billing cycle, and any credits left from the previous cycle expire at that point.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel whenever you like and your plan won't renew. You keep your remaining credits and access until the end of the current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Subscriptions can be refunded within 3 days of purchase if you've used no more than 50 of that cycle's credits. See our refund policy for details.
What happens if a generation fails?
You're never charged for failed or rejected jobs — the credits go straight back to your balance.
Who processes my payment?
Payments are handled by our reseller, Waffo, who acts as the merchant of record and takes care of sales tax and VAT. Moluri never sees or stores your card details.
